Well the car isn't sold now...
It doesn't qualify for PA's antique plates, and it needs too much work to pass PA inspection right now. He backed out, and I don't blame him due to his situation

If I had been going slower I would've been put into the wall for sure. If I had braked I would've been put into the wall. I floored it and moved over as much as I could without hitting the wall (no shoulder at all) and the speed limit was 65 where I was at.
And as for blind spots. My a pillar was even with his taillight when he put his blinker on. And I was slightly ahead of him when he started moving over.

Any advice/tips? This is my first "big" project without any help and no prior experience or knowledge. Ive looked up how to do it so i get the gist of it...

Remove the electric fan (2) 8mm bolts and a plug, just pull it out
Before you take the belt of take out the the 4 13or14mm bolts that hold the pulley onto the water pump.
Remove mechanical fan(metal fan) (4)13mm bolts. (total PITA)
removing the thermostat housing helps
Pop off the lower radiator hose, prepare for a ton of coolant to pour out.
The water pump is held in by 13,14,15 mm bolts
As you take a bolt out, stick in in the new water pump so you remember where it goes.
Take your time scraping off all of the old gasket.
Apply black RTV to both mating surfaces.
