Frederick Fairgrounds. The parking lot is empty, but it isn't roped off. I now understand the difference between "mud" and "wet dirt with water over it."

It is a biggie.
Get enough moisture in it from the rain/humidity and your problems will be big.
Trust me on this one.
Wait til its dry out, all this week will be in the 70s, do it tue, or wed would be better cause then out has time to dry out.
