maryland law question: Is it only legal to have white/amber strobes when parked? Or can i drive around a bit with them on? Snow plow purposes

you can drive with them on as long as your not blinding other drivers.

Yes, that sight was recommended by many people I know too. My puppy is from just over the MD/PA line.
