Looking for some personal experience on how to handle the MD gun purchase process. Would be a first timer looking for info on how to navigate the system. Dos and Donts, etc. Thanks

for your first purchase, I would go to a dealer to buy. They will be able to answer all of your questions. I went to 2A Sales in Jessup, they were helpful and friendly.
do you know what you want? if not, you should test a few different calibers to see what you like

hand gun? pretty straightforward, the hardest part was waiting, I'm not sure if there's still a long wait for the background check.

His best bet is to go to a good gun store and talk with someone there. They'll know exactly what needs done.

Things have really changed since last October. You have to get your HQL before you can purchase a regulated firearm now. Its class time, range time, finger prints and fee's. Then you can make the purchase. His best bet is to go to a good gun store and talk with someone there. They'll know exactly what needs done.
