Hey kids - thinking of selling on my 92 XJ. My new job has meant that I have zero time to wrench and even less to wheel.
Major recent work: 3" Skyjacker lift, 31" BFG AT KO2's, new exhaust manifold, cat muffler)
Minor recent work: 4 hole injector upgrade, new coil, new plugs, new brakes all around
The bad: front driver quarter panel will need to be replaced (never got around to this)
Otherwise - 189K, power everything and working AC.
If anyone is interested let me know and we can talk gelt.

If anyone needs a '99+ intake manifold I left one laying on the front of an XJ in the Crazy Ray's yard at Hawkins Point today. No work needed just go pick it up it's stripped down.

Well, I took the head down to Bill at Advanced Automotive in Waldorf this morning and he declared the warp as being spectacular. So, I have that going for me... I will say that the rocker arms, pivots and push rods were clean and oily and there was zero sludge on the valve springs.
I ordered a Clearwater head shortly after returning home. FWIW, Bill is a great guy who charged me $0 for checking over the head and told me about a dude named Bubba in Burtonsville who does good machine shop work a whole lot closer to me than Waldorf.
While I have the head off and the AC, power steering pump, intake and exhaust manifold off, anything else I ought to proactively address? It has 180,000 miles.
I already replaced the fan clutch and have a replacement electric fan inbound from Rock Auto with the Felpro gaskets, head bolts and thermostat. The rad, rad cap and water pump were done last month. I wasn't planning on doing lifters unless someone here insists.

I looked at the freeze plugs in the block this morning and I'm going to have to pull the exhaust manifold further away from them in order to knock them in and pull them out. Can't wait to see the rust clots that are living in the block. Those two bolts that attach the collector to the exhaust pipe are gonna have to come off. Soaked them in PB Blaster, time for some heat and the impact...
Also, I decided to replace the high pressure hose on the power steering pump as it's leaking at the pump fitting. Kinda explains the low fluid.

Honestly, if the freeze plugs show no signs of leaking or severe rust, i would leave them the hell alone. You're just asking for trouble by replacing them IMO. If you were rebuilding and cleaning the entire engine that's another story.
Kevin any luck on more photos/video from Rausch?
