yeah-what Dukie said--there was a guy on above mentioned forum that fabricated a gasket and hardware just for that purpose (which i couldnt find cuz i suck)-but i am diligently still trying to find----while i'm workin, but meh--we are Cherokee Forum-a-family and i WILL do this!
"You dont need anything like that man... Just get the year manifold that you need for the head and have a exhaust shop refab your down pipe... Nothing to it... "
It was once said....

the issue is I believe hers has the 2 precats in the exhaust manifold, which means 4 o2 sensors, two of which are in the manifold itself. Bypassing them or tricking the PCM into thinking they were working would be sketchy at best

I also emailed the guy with the 99 parts truck...that should be the last 0630 year. If he will part with the head for a reasonable price, the intake and exhaust will line up right, just need the coil pack brackets.
Er...the 0630 exhaust still needs modified....

I have the Grabber AT2s. Haven't gotten a lot of use out of them because of the issues that are slowly being taken care of. They do well, though. I found a buy 3 get 1 free deal from the local Mr. Tire which made me like them a little more.

Tires.....
I run Maxxis Mudders and LOVE them I got lucky and got a set off of CF classifieds for a great price. Nice and quiet on the road, handle rocks quite well, good in the rain/snow and handle the slop quite well.
And yes, these tires have been used in mud, both cases I was able to get out, one in a swamp my buddy called a field, and pulling an XJ out of a bad stuck

hey Mike, post up your findings in her thread

The brackets for the coil pack rail are very easy to address
http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=937214
Cool
The bigger issue is how to adapt the 2000 exhaust manifold to the 0630 head. The ports are a bit different (bigger on the head) and will leak with the 2000 exhaust. To fix this you can either swap headers, or make/buy an adapter plate. I'll look for a schematic to make one.

Here's what you're dealing with - pretty big difference
