I'm on it sir. I had to cut the wires on mine as well. The switch had melted so bad on mine that when I went to separate everything, the whole thing crumbled in my hands. My wife said I had the "WTF" look for like 5 minutes.

morning all, sooooo I fetched this diff guard for dukie and now I am thinking of keeping it lol I did get dimensions off of it and atleast plan on making myself one. Its simple and sturdy. Justin, what color were you thinking of for this cover?

Looks like it was fabbed into a ttb axle. I dunno. Thats the first thing that comes to my mind.

Yup, that is a TTB setup (twin traction beam) common to Ford trucks. Never quite seen one set up that way.

First thing that pops in my head is indepenant solid axle, or some form. Seems like they would be easy to break.
