Good luck for your 2000. i was about to drop $800 on exhaust, and over half of that was for a header. Years '00-'01 had their own system, so there are only a few reputable brands who make them. Cheapest is around $480.
Beautiful Jeep. It just sits there, though.. I don't know if it's even touched dirt.
As Classic and I learned after the farm, the locals will give you plenty of following distance once you hit the highway with mud/stone packed tires.

I would definitely do this if my XK (thats not a typo, Commander) wasn't such a turd about towing. I don't think the wife would like it if i towed it with her Audi either.
