I've actually heard of this before, it's the oils that bring the color back.

Try this too guys. Find an old scratched cd take some creamy pb and work it into the cd surface and then wipe off all the excess and try to play it. It works

I wear pantyhose during a cold winter. A lot warmer to wear than thermals, and more comfy....
