It's a long story, but to sum it up a kid was trying to impress his girlfriend in a 2wd Nissan P/U. He got stuck, Rob went to pull him out and that was the end result. Got a guy coming up tomorrow night with a winch to get him out, thanks for the offer though

Yeah, I think I'll pass since you've got it handled. I don't need a fresh coating of mud while working on the brakes.

Can't blame you on that one. don't know what is in that dirt in his field, spent $22 at the car wash so far and still haven't gotten all of the mud off

If anyone here needs some steel for their projects, LMK. Putting off my diff project for the moment, getting ready to order steel for winch bumpers for my ZJ and XJ.

I could use some scrap pieces if you have em..
(2) approx 3" x 2" or 3" x 3"
anything thicker than 1/8"
just need something to weld a couple bolts to and stick it to the frame

Mike any time you have plate drops thicker than 3/16" grab them, especially if their decent size.

I gotta finish welding the fenders up on mine tomorrow. What's funny is that I have had a winch all summer, and still have no bumper to mount it on....
What's even funnier is that Rob has a 10,000lb Ramsey and didn't know what it was

hey guys, bought a pair of offroad/driving lights today...i want to mount them on my front bumper in the stock holes, but how the heck do you get your hands in there to put the nut onto the bolt? every angle i try is either too small a space or blocked off by the frame.
