PA cherokee club
Eric here, hailing from Lancaster County, PA. Got a clean little green 2-door 2000 sport. Though it's against the majority, I've got no plans to take her off-roading... ever. Right now she's diligently getting me back and forth from college over breaks and pushing forwards during the winters while i'm up here in MA for college. No major modifications in mind until she can no longer remain a daily driver, however I do want to get an orvis spoiler re-pop from spoilerlights.com and if i can, find some OEM running boards... if only the guy who posted on here would respond to his own friggin' post... Say hello to Juniper
I don't mind talking about it or even the idea of getting another jeep to do it, but this is my first car, my baby. I about went ballistic when i found someone had lightly keyed the drivers side one day, so needless to say i'm protective of her haha. But I don't think I'd mind getting another one after college to toy around with out in the mud.
i hope you don't mind me asking here, but I've been on the lookout for those running boards I mentioned earlier and I wanted to post a wanted ad in the marketplace section of the forum but every time I try to post a thread it denies me access. I don't quite understand why, as my account has been activated and logged in and I've done nothing wrong in my short time on the server. do you think anyone could help me out?

I was wondering because a post i found where a new member (like he made the account and post on the same day new member) was advertising a set of boards for sale but he hasn't been on since he made the post so i dont know if he was planning on actually selling or forgot his account or just wanted to be a jerk and not sell the set even though he took them off his car and said he wanted to.

Ah okay, well thank you for the info. Guess chatting here as well as looking for a few other things may help me get there. I kind of figured it was a security setup to ensure ad-spammers and such dont have a chance to immediately send out threads to clutter the forum.

Looks like i might be best getting an old man emu rear leaf setup, looking to find 1.5inch if they have it still. Last people i asked said they were unsure. My stock springs are starting to go on the driver side (at almost 131k) and i've been told ome do better than stock-qaulity replacements
well good and bad news, more good than bad. Looks like the guy who posted the ad selling the boards either left/got taken down/some other third thing. Cause it's straight up gone. But I found a link through car-parts.com, some place down in NC may have a set and lucky me that my sister moved down there recently I may not have to worry about shipping.
