I have off that day, so I have 3 weeks to install the body lift, motor mount lift, and belly up skid and get an alignment on the TJ. Then MAYBE I can make it.

Else I'll be in a stock XJ.

Does anyone have a spare NP231 laying around for a reasonable price? I'm trying to help a friend get his Jeep back up and running. He has no 4wd and claims his TC is messed up.

I'm going to try and get with him later this week and check the shift linkage and all that to confirm it is the TC, but I figured I better shop around first.

Maybe someone here can help me.....I'm trying to find somewhere to get the lightbar that mounts on the stock XJ bumper in the factory drilled holes. I know that Quadratec used to have one, but not anymore. Anybody know where I can get one?

I aligned the TJ this morning. I have to wait for my direct deposit to clear so I can get some cut off wheels for my die grinder. Then I'm hacking out the underside of my fenders so I can flex the TJ. Then I'm pretty much ready for RC.

I've gotta figure out a place to stay closer than 5 hours away though. There's no way in hell I'm driving down at 3am and wheeling all day and driving back home that night.

If anyone is interested, a friend just decided to sell his Jeep. Its a 1997 TJ, 4.5" lift, 35" tires, custom exhaust, intake, lights doors etc. 100% Trail ready. PA inspected, runs like a champ. Its the 4.0 with the automatic tranny. Asking 7K for it, but is looking to get at least 6,000. Its white, with a soft top and 163,000 miles. If interested, PM me and I will give you his phone number... Vehicle is located in Mount Joy PA
