I live up north. (NEAR, NOT IN) Hazleton. I've just purchased a 00'xj. I'm building a low COG rig this time. 3.5" to 4" 35's. Currently sits no lift on 33's, but not for long. I kinda like it here, I think I'll hang out for a while.

To answer your question. $500 for a 3" rustys kit + another $500 to install. Or do it yourself.
Or for a really good lift check out A to Z fabrication just north of you in schuylkill haven.
$2000 for a really good Clayton kit + install.
Do a lot of research.
