It would do it before but without the popping other then that she's golden so yeah I'll check all cables and plugs I'll give an update..thanks!

Finally finished the new longer spacer to get rid of the washers to hold out the Durango box.

I made several. This ones made out of 14ga stainless since the rail's already been plated. Others are out of 14ga steel or 3/16 but the spacers are all 11/16 long for a Durango box. I need to make some 9/16 for a standard box.

Only had a day to do it. I don't have an air compressor (easier) or eelder just incase something breaks and I wanted at least two days to do it but no one has the time to give me a hand lol understandable when your asking for help.. and I don't know how to or I would be out in the parking lot doing it right now lol.

So, I think I calculated correctly.... I went from 9/10mpg to 14.5(most recent fill up)......awesome!

I'm going to buy a welder I just sheared off a power steering mount bolt so screw this getting a welder and going to weld a nut on to get that sucker out. I have never seen more broken hardware then this jeep. I had a 75 camaro that didn't have this many hardware issues..
