Ok guys. just got back home. All fixed now. Clutch feels brand new. Will post pics tomorrow of what I did. Was too much of a b!tch to get the bleeder loose from under the truck, so... I cut open the tunnel on the passenger side. Was so much easier. The old fluid was black. Must have been the original fluid.
The master was definitely the original from all the rust and the bolts were super tight (like how they always are from the factory).
Thanks again guys.
Oh, and did not have to remove the slave. The bleeder was very well hidden. Again, i will post pics tomorrow.
Edit: I also put on a thrush turbo muffler and turn down. Has a nice little drone now, but doesn't sound ricy- or rice-y

I'm running an Mj on full size wagoneer axles I always wanted to go to rausch creek what's it like there? Has a leaf spring conversion and I just put revolver shackles up front flex is unreal. I have a brand new set of 34" ltbs to put on I just need 16" 6x5.5 wheels for lock in hubs and I'm ready to go. I live in elk county anyone from around that area?

Awesome gives me hope that mine will hang tough for awhile. You definitely wheel yours harder then mine...for now lol. My girlfriend was freaking out the last trip so I'd like to go solo so I can push the limit a bit more.

Nice Manche Steve,I have no idea where elk is.... rausch is awesome, me and my buddies are going up may 4, depending on weather of course. And there's more people on here planning other trips. If you ever want to tag along I'm sure no one would mind.

So many dates lol. I'm trying to go for one of the May dates. Not sure which yet. Maybe both if the Jeep doesn't mind.

I've ran lots of XJ's and an MJ with 35's and never ever busted a D30 two with loc rights in the front had smoke pouring off 4 tires many times in some rocks I had a Dana 30 and 27 spline 8.25" with 4:56 gears and lockers that that I would swap from jeep to jeep when I built a different one so they have lots of hard miles on them. There about five years old I finally let them go in a Cherokee awhile ago because I needed money. I seen the jeep for sale on pennswoods classifieds not that long ago with the same axles still in it 30's are stronger than ppl give the credit for but its nice having a wagoneer 44 up front and AMC20 out back with 4:10's and a locker. I really like these axles I have after market aluminum 10.5 wide wheels with 35x12.50's and a set of Bushwackers cover them perfect its really not that wide at all. I have blown out D35's easily. I grenaded one in a TBI 2.5 YJ with 33's a few months ago....

Thanks man I got three Comanches at this point haha one is the 88 3/4 elliptic rear and long arms build on here I've had five so far and like them more than any jeep and in fact there my favorite vehicle out of any I'm addicted. I have a 92 MJ and about 8" of lift and long arms laying around I want to build some day plus my other project I want to try a 318 or 360 or an HO swap and wagoneer axles in that one I have all the time in the world to mess with it. The one I'm running full widths in now is an 87 with a complete 4.0 HO swap it has tons of power but I'm making a bored throttle body for it I have a CAI and 703's to install too. I would love to go guys and see what this things got I've already bent up the back quarter of the bed that happens to all of them and had it leaned against a tree on first wheeling trip. My friend and I have been talking about going for awhile now he's running a Rubicon on 35's and I would like to come across a set of 36/37's for mine someday rather than 34's
