I also removed my swaybar after it started clunking against my new bumper bolts. My end links and bushings were shot anyways. When I had my old ranger with 3" lift and 33x12.50, I busted both end links pretty quick and also removed the sway bar on that. They never mentioned it during inspection time and I ran it that way for 3 years, never felt a difference besides more flex offroad.

Anyone going to the Jeep show at the York Fairgrounds in July?

We're going both days, I registered back in January. I'm not really going to show, but just wanted a good parking spot this year.

I'm new, but I attended the jeep show with some friends last year. I wasn't sure if I should register my (mostly) stocker. Definitely going this year though!!!!

I've been back there once. Almost flipped my jeep on one of the hills. But STAY AWAY from there. Recently theyve been cracking down on that spot and if the state troopers catch you they'll take your rig. Not a good place anymore.

Gotcha thanks for the heads up...

Took a ride to the barrens for the first time today. Was my first "offroading" experience and was a ton of fun. I didn't attempt anything serious didn't want to get stuck lol....

Yes that's about the size of it. I mean I should know by now if anyone including myself asks a question here or anywhere for that matter no one is going to agree 100% 5 people say yes, 10 people say no lol.
As far as the law, I can get stickers(ssshhhh) and I doubt a Pa state trooper is going to be like...Oh I noticed your front sway bar is gone... But if he's a Jeeper then again its possible haha.
It's whatever at this point I'm an ocd freak and being in aviation has just made me extremely picky.
I was getting a lot of bounce in the front end and the condition of the roads is getting out of control. Offroad in mud, rocks and dirt is different then smashing a series of potholes at 55mph. I tightened the sway bar links down more and the front end feels better so ill leave it connected for now.

Hey man I'd agree in normal driving conditions I drove well over an hour with both front and rear disconnected on highway and winding back roads and had zero issues and handled fine. But I guess the issue is when you need to maneuver quickly around something it can get sketchy... Never had it happen so can't speak to it and its hard to replicate that swerving action until it actually happens. I have my 7 year old on the highway a lot so if its even a slight safety issue ill keep it connected until the tires hit the dirt. Appreciate your input
