I got all kinds of things going on with mine. I can usually find the problem though. Now I can hear and feel something knocking around by my drive side floor board. Happens sitting at lights in drive or park. Not motor but it comes and goes every few seconds like somethings coming loose. I can hear it in the cab but when I get out its hard to hear.

Could be but don't think so. It's coming from the steering wheel area. I stuck my head up under the dash and could really hear it right up by the back of the steering wheel.

Lol yea I know those can rattle too but its inside the cab by the steering wheel. And when I turn and hold the wheel it stops. What dizzy said could be a possibility though if the vibration or knock is being transmitted all the way up the steering column

I really got to learn to turn the music up louder I'm way to picky about a 13 year old Jeep with 209k. I should just be grateful it starts and drives everytime I turn the key..

I put a pry bar between the mount and bracket and it has movement back and fourth maybe 1/2 inch. I'm having another issue on hard left turns like a few clunks then it goes away once I get rolling. So driver side motor mount could be culprit.Ball joint or motor mount is next on list. Been through every u joint not that.

This is my $10 intake setup someone wanted to see. It's not 100% done need to take old junkyard air box and make heat shield but it works. Function over form right guys
And I know my engine compartments dirty.. kinda like it that way
Edit: And torque app provided decent results. Air intake temp down 15 degrees at idle and goes down as throttle opens up. I've been comparing results with my stock box.

constructive criticism:
by jamming that round filter in the stock box you are greatly reducing it's ability to filter air, ie for air to move around it. There needs to be some clearance around the filter for air to flow. With a heat shield it will be even worse. You may see a loss in power and mpg with that setup.
all you're doing is sticking a round peg in a square hole filter wise so i don't see the benefit over the stock filter...
