try a 1/2" drive 12 point socket, on a breaker bar.
then hammer it (bfh) out, hitting the socket, so you don't eff up the bolt any more.
hell you probably need an easy out or a RPG at this point.

Not to jack this thread, but didn't know where else to really put it as this is the PA thread.
A group of us have started a more localized club/group for the Lancaster county and surrounding area's. We are new and are just finalizing the logo and merchandise.
We are planning on doing off-roading weekends, scenic drives and some family oriented stuff as well so those with kids or wives who don't off road will enjoy as well. We also hope to attend jeep shows and charity events.
At the moment it is mostly Wranglers in the group as the group formed off Jeepforum.com but I own an XJ and would love to get more XJ's into the group.
If you're interested just drop me a line and I can give you more details!

Anyone know of any Junkyards in the Pittsburgh are with a few decent 44s?
My 30 is pooping out and I want to get rid of the turfy five before I lift it and throw bigger tires on the 'ol Cherokee.

What's up everyone? I've had my XJ for about 4 months now and after browsing the forum for all of my repair info so far I finally decided to register. I'm located in State College, PA (actually from about 15 miles outside of it), and it seems like all of the great old trails around here have been closed off. Anyone know of anything good in Centre County?
