I know a little sign language. I know the alphabet but not the the actual hand signs. Friend of my dads is deaf and they can have full on conversations in seconds. Ive only been able to pick up the alphabet.

So no government means no DCNR. No DCNR means all the gated off trails in the mountains are free game. Anybody have a pair of bolt cutters?
