Awesome!! I am always in ship. I was reading back and saw u mentioned gears, where did you get your gears done? I got a tour of Hauk Designs the other day, man they do some sick stuff. They said they would be happy to do them but I didnt ask for a quote. I race RC cars in ship and go to the bars downtown there once in awhile too. Somebody told me there is somewhere by the mall with mudholes or trails or something...ever hear of that? Ive been up on the south mountain, a lot of nice dirt roads but does anything branch off in the forest anywhere?

The mud hole you are talking about is between the mall and sheetz on black gap road, it's actually private property owned by some farmer. I've never been there but I know a friend who has been.
As far as the mountains go, you can take those dirt roads from chambersburg the whole way to mount holly springs. I know of a few branch off trails, but all the good ones are gated off by DCNR. I love going up there in the snow.

I didn't get my gears done yet, I was just talking to Fox (who hasn't answered me yet...) about prices. It's next on my to do list though. So I'm assuming you're talking about garlands? I used to own an hpi savage and a traxxas rustler, but that was before garlands ever opened. I always go to orkys, but I just got hired at JLG and I'm training on first shift so I can't go out much.

Ya g's. Let me know if you find a good deal, I don't know anything in or about places in the area but I plan to have mine done b4 april. Do you still have the d44? Is it from a cherokee and if so what are you trying to get for it? I may go check out those junkyards in st Thomas tomorrow for cool stuff. I was looking for truck parts the one time I went but I noticed several jeeps

DO NOT GO TO TRIPLE NICKLE!!! If that's the JY your talking about. They are a ripoff in many ways. There is a nice JY in ship called hostetters. It's a you pull it, and the prices are dirt cheap, plenty of Cherokees too!

I plan on redoing my front bumper because the person I got it from didn't build it well enough to support a winch. I really like the design. So I plan on re building it but how can I make it strong enough to support a winch? I plan on making brackets with d ring tabs attached to them out of quarter inch. Then would a quarter inch plate work for the winch plate? Any advice on how i can do this would be greatly appreciated.
