Grey area. From my understanding of the book there is no right or wrong answer, just depends on the day, cop, Judge, weather. I think you would be pretty safe though. No one I know(personally) ever got pulled over for it

 

Wrong jacob i got pulled over when running my tube doors by officer myers but hes the only cop to ever pull me over for it
