Yeah I talked to them and they are shipping out a new one for me today. No questions asked..so that's nice. I've seen a lot about this rear seal leaking and I'm considering changing it out while I have the t-case out. How old is your SYE / when did you put it in?

neal did this one but i also did another sye with him, ive had the sye in for 2 weeks and it was leaking from day 1, just been super busy and forgot to file sooner, i just need neal to respond to me so i can get a proof of purchase from him so i can send it over to omix, i bought a brand new rugged ridge of craigslist, but neal had one already ready to swap into my jeep so i figured trade and get it in my jeep faster then i helped him assemble the one i got off cl

I could hook you up...but only after I get my new nut, lol. Fox, I have no idea what size it is...google yields nothing in that regard. They're shipping a new one to me though so it should be fine.

Also, all this hubbub about the seals, well the seal is pressed into the output housing from the factory. But since I have mine out and am hearing such horror stories, I'm going to get a new seal (National I believe is the trusted one) for peace of mind.

I didn't install the yoke on dry. I lubed it with ATF and installed on the housing. Just like every seal I do.
