Yeah I have a scan tool. I've done back roads and highway trips long and short. Should I keep the scan tool plugged in the whole time and watch to see if they complete

Yea i usually keep the scan tool on once i have all but 2 complete i bring it back and run it through, i dont shut it off either

It depends on model year.... If he has an 01 he can get by with only 1 not set. 00 and older is 2.

I have a 2000. And when I went through they said they would pass me with 3. I'm still registered in de

It's not up to them. It's up to the state, so I'm not sure that they are talking about. And if your vehicle is registered in Delaware, I don't see how our why you would need a pa inspection?

I never said I needed pa inspection. I just need it fixed so I can get inspected in de. I just live in philly

No worries. Well it doesn't make a difference. No change after the 60 mile drive back to philly. Same 4 not ready. I have a feeling no amount of drivi is going to work. Must be something else going on
