In my experience they set pretty quick on the 4.0. Do you do mostly back roads or highway? Short or long drives? Take it for a steady ~ 10-15 mile trip on the highway keeping it around 60mph. Do you have a scan tool or access to one to check monitors? Makes it a lot easier if you do.

It's not up to them. It's up to the state, so I'm not sure that they are talking about. And if your vehicle is registered in Delaware, I don't see how our why you would need a pa inspection?
I never said I needed pa inspection. I just need it fixed so I can get inspected in de. I just live in philly

No worries. Well it doesn't make a difference. No change after the 60 mile drive back to philly. Same 4 not ready. I have a feeling no amount of drivi is going to work. Must be something else going on
