I worked on it for almost 4 full days. The rear bumper took a day because i had to cut and fold the real panels for the bumper to fit.

I am in love with your roof rack!!!! That is very close to what I would want for mine. When are you going to get some lights on that beast? and what lights are you going with?

I have heard some good and bad about the IRO long arm set up because of the adjustable upper. Had any issues with it?

As for lights. I have Rigid ndustries D2's on the front bumper. In the future I will be running a Rigid 40 bar on the front roof rack and 2 more Rigid D2"s on the rear rack.

I've been running the Dura Tracs for 2 years now. They are holding up great. I've put about 25k to 30k miles on them and still have a ton of tread left. They still run pretty quite down the road to.
Jesse12296:
The engine still ran good. Didn't use any oil and still running really good oil preasure. Just got tired of the renix engine setup up and it nickle and dimeing me constatly.
Highspeed:
As I have said in the past threads. I have not had issues with the Cam on the IRO setup. Every oil change I make sure the bolts are tight. Just add that to regular maintenance. It takes about 2 minutes. I would buy the IRO setup again. Very happy with their product.

The last owner had the metal quarter panals on it and must have taken them off at some point. So I filled in all the holes. Getting it ready for some paint in the future.
Take care all......

Well its about time to start on another project. Went and picked up my offroad trailer today. Its a old agriculture trailer with a 1 ton axle.Aready has 35's on it. Had to put some make shift fenders on it to make it street legel for the drive home. Nothing like plywood and some scrap steel laying around.
Hope to start to trailer biuld in about 2 months. Ill take lots of picts.
