Default Rear Floorpan woes

I ordered a floorpan from Morris4x4 in april and still haven't gotten anything. We've tried to call them but get put on hold for hours and they won't send me my tracking number. So i guess I have a spare hole in my floor until something happens.

Default Spark plugs

Looks like a plug swap is in order. I don't know how my jeep has ran with these. Burnt and chalky tips.

If this were me I think I would ditch the radiator entirely.
Didn't somebody in another thread think the impeller on the water pump
might be deteriorating which is causing that much rust.
Assuming it is rust.
Replace that.
Back flush the heater core like they do in the videos.
Get rid of the heater control valve if you have not already.
New hoses and whatnot and with a little luck call it a day.

Default Floor Pan

Waited 3 months for my floorpan from Morris 4x4 and decided to get a refund and try Classic 2 Current Fabrication and only waited 3 days. Now to get it welded in...

The old hose wasn't connected to the airbox. It was completely destroyed.

Default Repairing Factory Radio Tape Deck

Finally took the radio apart and the rubber bands (belt) are stretched. I'd imagine 30 years would do that. If i can fix this. It'll replace the modern radio permanently.

Default Replace Battery

Replaced the old oversized battery that came with the Jeep. It was crushing a Coolant Hose and the terminals were pressing against the underside of the hood

My door never stayed open because of this and i finally got around to pulling it out. Both brackets snapped. Guess that's another thing to add to the junkyard list
