There was a vacuum tee on my Xj near the battery, one was capped and the other went to the vacuum ball so I just stuck it on that tee and wedged it next to the washer fluid. I don't have horns anymore lol

I just ordered the rear bumpstops. I havent tried to remove whats left of mine yet but im expecting breakage.
How did you use the nut sleeves to bolt on the bump stops after you punched out the inner nuts?

hmm nice project.. I like your work.. and specially your gear shifter is looking great and also horrible..what happen if you pull out the pin by mistake. Lolxx thanks for sharing the photos of your work.. good work..

They are called nutserts, or rivet nuts. Get m10 hardware, the m10 nutserts are the perfect size for the stock hole. Look on YouTube there is. Video about how to install nutserts without the proper tool. Make sure there is room inside the frame rail for the nutserts to expand, it will take some time to get the old nuts fa enough out of the way.

Those last bolts are for the mondo hitches that mount in that very last hole of the unibody, I won't use them but I can measure them lol. The bolt head is 3/4" normal course pitch thread with lock washers.
