When you locked the front since you had to remove the carrier to get the pin out, did you have to mess with shims again?

Didn't have to mess with the shims. I just marked the ring gear location so I could put back the same way it came off not sure if that needed to be done.

Welp my front passenger side tires sitting at 15psi and the shock in the same location is leaking. And I have no money since I started school. Fun stuff.

Put some quick fist clamps on the roof rack to hold my shovel. Also thinking about the Viair 450p air compressor. And some Bilstein shocks to replace the zones I've got on it now. So much for trying to keep this as a "budget" build...

Bought a new transfer case chain from Quadratec so that I can get the other one out and stop destroying the sides of the case and the pickup tube.

Got the transfer case chain the other day so planning on swapping it out Saturday morning. Noticed I've got some surface rust forming on my passenger side rocker panel so I'm probably gonna try and take care of that as well. I thought cars didn't rust down south?!?

Rough country 12" light bar. Wanted to use the light tabs that were built into the bumper hoop but they were too far apart so I had to buy some 2" clamps.

Sanded and rattle canned some little rust spots on the rocker panel. Getting goofy treadwear on the front tires so I rotated them. Eventually gonna have to get rid of my stock steering and get something bigger. And finally my front diff is leaking pretty heavy from passenger axle seal so I might end up going for a lokka in the front and swap the seals then.

Took the Jeep to my local shop and had them do my alignment and in the process noticed a screw in one of my tires. And swapped out my axle seals as well.
Gear oil was pooling up on the ground
Too bad I don't have a locker right now...
I was also able to pick up some Rough Country discos so the plan is to get those in next Saturday.
