Ordered a set of the bushwacker flat flares today, and settled on an FbG front bumper from Rigidco. Plan to order that soon as well. Can't wait to get back to the states and finish off the look i was going for with this jeep.

The lowest price I found was at www.bushwackeroutlet.com $398 for the set of four.

Ordered some ultra-flex motor mounts from brown dog offroad too. Have a set of their poly ones on my other XJ and they ride alittle rough so these should be alittle better hopefully. http://browndogindustries.com/cherok...-2000-40l.aspx

I've done alot on it over the past month, really haven't been keeping up with the build thread and I'm horrible with taking progress pictures. At this point, i trimmed and installed the bushwacker flat flares, installed the header, had the exhaust welded up, installed the Novak adapters transfer case shifter cable, 4 degree shims, lebaron hood vents, and got it tinted 5% all the way around just the other day. Also had the bumper and tail light housings powder coated and installed the bumper, the tail light housings will wait till a rainy day because i have more important things to attend to. I'll try to post some pictures here in the next few days.
After doing some research i settled on the THOR cowl intake so i ordered that and started researching throttle bodies. For those of you who aren't aware, the OEM throttle body has a very restrictive bore. The top is 59mm and it tapers down to 55mm where it mounts to the intake. Some people don't care but after spending all that time and money on the engine i have sitting on a stand in my garage, it seemed wrong to just slap the oxidized OEM tbody on it. Found a guy on here who bores and powder coats tbodies for a much more reasonable price then an aftermarket one and with the same results. Leigh preformance, check it out if you are thinking about getting a bored throttle body. I sent mine out today and i can't wait to get it back.
So anyway, I will try my best to post some pictures in the next week or so, I get a fair amount of compliments on it, and it turns heads around town. The guy at the tint place was practically begging me to sell it to him.

So here is a few pictures. First being the pile of stuff I ordered and got to open when I got home from my deployment.
This is just a comparison of the factory exhaust manifold and the flowdaddy header I got from rusty's.
Decided to test fit my jcr tail light housings before I sent them and my front bumper off to get powder coated.

What the front looks like with the flares installed.
Replaced my heater core and blower fan, it sucked.
Before and after of my grill. Being that this is a classic the grill is supposed to be paint matched however the prior owners daughter had a run in with a deer from what I was told so the grill got all busted up. I managed to find the headlight surrounds in the right color but I'm still looking for the grill from a classic that is this color but for now I ordered another set and paint matched it to the wheels like I have with alot of other parts.

Finally got my hands on a set of lebaron vents. I was very pleased with how they came out and its cool to seem them actually dissipate heat while I'm sitting at a stop light.
I had origionally intended to mount the bottle opener to the front bumper but changed my mind about that so one day I just walked around my jeep holding it up in random places until I settled on right here. I'm pleased with it's final location. The fire extinguisher got mounted up the same day too because I had purchased it over a year ago and it just rolled around in the back and was incredibly annoying.
