Pre trip wash with Brandon. Out running a snow storm. Blizzard catches up and a flipped semi blocks our way. Get to the hotel. Cummins gets stuck. Newbie has to pull him out.
Icy
Dirty before the trails.

Update time. *Pic Heavy*
Winterfest 2016 at the Badlands Offroad Park in Attica, IN. What a weekend! First time ever wheeling. That nice clean red XJ is gone for the time being. A very dirty and abused XJ has taken it's place for the moment.
Green Tail. That stock green XJ behind me was doing WORK!
Bub's carbed 318 V8 swapped XJ
The rock garden we went up. Open diffs were not ideal there.
Unfortunate, but everyone was okay
Went back for a bit because Brandon broke an axle shaft.
After the first run out
I was aired down to around 18-20 psi.
The group picture. We're on that mound in the back left.
It was an epic first day!
Then this happened...
The whole exhaust from the downpipe back was pulled off while attempting a rock ledge (the 2nd attempt too, it was my nemesis the next day). The good thing is that it can literally just be slipped and clamped back on, the O2 sensor is fine aswell. The CEL lights stays on obviously, but it sounds mean now. And I get crazy good milage believe it or not. It was also super annoying the drive back too.
That was the only damage done to me the first day. Trails, hill climbs, rock garden, and the quarry. Wanted to see how capable it was.
I like the skinny pedal too.

You do like the rev limiter quite a bit, just like me! Great weekend. My favorite winterfest out of the 3 i've been too so far. You are definitely invited anytime we go wheeling. (post the wheelie pic man)

WF2K16 Day 2
First run of the day was on Red trail, or was it Orange? I didn't know which one it was, but had to winch up a hill climb because I was digging myself into a whole on my passenger side. A tree branch also got too friendly and bent my mirror backwards (sorry no pic) so that was winch usage #3.
Down the trail a bit after the hill climb is a nice mud section. Oh boy did that turn into a cluster ****.
Brandon didn't get stuck, and Mike was able to get out, but for a bit it was a mess of stuckness.
Was able to get myself out of one hole and turned around to winch out Bub, but got stuck in another one.
The water was about 3ft deep
All rescued!
Eventually Mike got unstuck. And we found an abandoned tree saver ( ). Winched myself out, then turned around to get Bub out (who was half in the mud half on a tree) then back around to rescue a quad to decided to join the fun.
