Some of that stuff was actually pretty sketchy. One of the verticles just tapping the gas to go up it my suspension unloaded and I was sitting at damn near straight up to the sky until the jeep shifted to the driver and came back down.

Rear locker messing up was entirely my fault, Installing the lunchbox style with the 4.56 gears I had just put in came out to be alot more work then the fronts i've previous done in the past years. Late night and frustation modifying things me and scottie got it in one day and said **** it, 1 spring wasnt fully seated but we couldn't get it back out or to seat properly and I left it. That was the issue. I had no issues with rocks or anything I was previously breaking this trip and I was doing obstacles substantially easier then normal since the axle build, but my neglect lead to failure.

As far as Scottie's breakages, The steering was just crap, I couldn't wheel stock steering the way we wheel that was just prone to break. The driveshaft on the otherhand was pure stupidity. He's Open/open and he just kept trying to bounce up a climb.

As far as Jon breaking a driveshaft, again pure stupidity, bouncing rear tires caught still on throttle boom snap. Ive never had driveshaft issues myself, just axle shafts, but I've resolved that with chromoly.
Made mad memories tho. 1 ton steering back up a few notches on the list lol

Let Kyle drive my jeep on our last day. Got a new "pin stripe" from it. But Kyle is an awesome wheelerb and pretty much our life saver for spotting because he's that awesome.

I mostly took videos and I'm not sure how to upload without it coming from YouTube.

Got hot on the way home. Not from mud, but from going 90mph trying to catch up to Brandon and Jon on the highway. Cooled off and babied it the rest of the way.

Got 19mpg the way back tho

I'm still shocked you let him drive. I've let him drive 3 times over 10 trips. First time he submerged my jeep in water within 2 minutes and my alternator went out. 2nd time within 5 minutes he submerged it in water and my belt popped off. 3rd time was last weekend when the locker was messed up and i was in mikes jeep.

See the pattern here? water, water, then he got your jeep and guess what? Water.

Last night he posted a mudding video on FB, I messaged him saying fix your 4 low and take it to the badlands. His response was "yea for sure go play on some sand dunes". I'm like nope, rocks. Hes like **** no im not doing rocks in my jeep.

Im just saying for the safety of your jeep. If you roll it its on you, but imagine the feeling of him flopping it when its your jeep. Youd be pissed. And he loves rocks, hes just scared to break his own stuff.

Yeah, I'm just now realizing my mistake of letting others drive.

there's only one person I let drive my jeep and she knows not to beat it up or break it. I'd let her wheel it if she wanted to.

I always enjoy seeing your wheeling pics! Glad to see you're really putting the thing to use.

I don't get how others can be comfortable messing up someone else's property especially a "friend"
When I borrow someone stuff I return it cleaner than it was given to me as if it were mine and just by experience don't even borrow or do stuff that I won't do in my own rig...

Most likely going to cut my front fenders tomorrow. I'm also seriously considering a daily since I was givin a very good deal on one. Would give me the freedom of starting projects on the jeep without fear of not being able to get to work when I break it. I've already ruined it a bit from my learning experiences and it's starting to break that daily driver/weekend warrior line. I'll still drive it to and from the trails, and probably in bad winter weather, but I go alittle to hard on it and need to cool down.

Thanks! I used Rustoleum clean metal primer and was able to find my jeeps paint code (PR4) at Auto Zone and Advanced Auto.

Wheel bearing blew while driving. Have a set of Timkin hub and bearings on the way already. Was completely fine this morning, but the drive to the city yesterday and that big pothole I didn't see probably caused it.
