no not yet. Haven't done anything to the jeep in awhile. No time. Working 60+ hour weeks, no garage, it's cold, and I'm always exhausted. I keep telling myself I'm gonna do it when I buy the lockers.

I figured, well I hope you get some free time soon to throw the gears in. I'm going to definitely try the dana 30 and maybe the 8.25 by myself.

I thought you already re-geared, Hen? Did you end up having issues?

I've had tons of issues ever since. It's awful. I'm doing it myself this time so it's done right.

Ok so here's the new plan. For real this time.

-cut the fenders
-5.5" coils
- 2" shackles
- no-lift shackle relocation brackets
- Cavfab 3-link
- AresFab 1 ton OTK steering
- unibody stiffeners
- 35/12.5/15 Goodyear Wrangler MTRs
- Aussie lockers F&R
- 4.56 Nitro gears
- HD track bar bracket with new heim

for real as in I already have the gears, front stiffeners, picked up the 5.5" RE coils as well as some nice brand new polyurethane bump stops from my buddy Mike, just ordered the 1 ton steering, and have the bracket for the track bar just waiting on the new heim parts. I want to have the steering in and fenders cut by Winterfest which is in March. I work alot of hours, have no garage, and it's winter in a Chicago suburb (snow one day, -15° the next, now it'll be 47° and raining tomorrow).

Sounds like a solid plan! I feel your pain. We just got 6 inches of snow overnight, but it's supposed to be 42 today. Was 2 degrees a couple days ago. Gotta love it!
