Closest park here is Rausch which is 3.5-4 hrs away. Worth the drive no doubt though

The never ending trend of things never going smoothly continues. 2 nights of work and finally got the new ball joints and knuckle in on the driver's side. The Spicer joints off Amazon were too small and had to go buy new ones too
Yes that's a 36mm .
Yes it is stuck.
No I won't tell you why.

Got the steering in. Still trying to get the pitman arm aligned. Also ran into an issue where I now have diff fluid seeping out my passenger side axle tube. Not sure if it was just build up or if I dicked the seal on accident.

Steering got aligned the best it can be, still couldn't get the steering wheel straight, but oh well. A bit different that what I was use too with stock steering. I can notice the lack of stabilizer, but it doesn't really effect anything, little bit more to correct after turns but that's it. Main reason is so I can stop breaking things, I've gone through 2 sets of stock steering already.

Now have a bit of leaky axle problems and my passenger wheel bearing that's 2.5k miles old is already worn out and has play

2.5k miles is a long time for a wheel bearing in my book! I've been through 6 sets of advance auto wheel bearings, and I'm on my 2nd set of timkens now and 1 of them is bad. Haha and I digress....

Also you can still add a stabilzer. Get a rough stuff stabilzer clamp.

Damn. I would've thought Timkins would last longer. I've seen people add them on, if it gets annoying I'll probably do that.

Got the jeep washed for the first time in a long time. Bringing it in to hopefully get that bung welded to the cat so I can get my downstream O2 sensor plugged in to finally get rid of that pesky CEL so I can get emissions and do registration again. Hopefully that's the only thing that's keeping it from passing.

Unfortunately some of the wires on the pigtail were ripped off, so I have to get a new one from the dealer which won't be here tomorrow. And the universal cat I cheaped out on has nowhere to even drill into to weld the bung. Ordering a new cat to get this all taken care of so I can drive in peace

Just cut the plug off the new o2 sensor. Wires on my jeep were ripped off back when I bought it stock with a CEL on. I have it hard wired now with NO cel.

I just ended up getting a new pigtail and a direct fit cat with the bung already in it. My cat got flooded anyways

Would've been nice if they told me some assembly required
got the new wires from the stealership. The looks on their faces pulling up lol. Turning around my tire hopped from the locker and they thought I hit a car!

Here's the old one. Wires are a different color on the new one. I'm thinking I can just cut the old ones off and splice them 1 by 1. Last time I did wiring something was set on fire
