Will hopefully get the rear lifted this weekend, have sunday and Monday to do it. Put a new track bar in, Rubicon Express 4.5"-7.5" lift adjustable track bar re1660. I've also found out the track bar bolt hole on the axle side has wallowed out. Used a washer and tightened it down and it still gives me trouble, did some research and I think I found a solution: http://jeepin.com/features/trackbarfix.
Basically get some .25" thick flat stock, drill a new 5/8" hole, and weld it over the existing one. Better than drilling the hole out wider and drilling the track bar bushing out with a bigger bolt.
Also ordered a drivers window regulator because that decided not to work now, and a new blower motor.

Starter solenoid went out, but luckily it was the same day as I picked this up.
Jeep is officially relieved of daily driver duties and currently sits like this.
Time to start getting the goodies on and everything fixed up.

I got a truck, so my mpg didn't really change much, but the ride is nicer and is better for home chores, shooting, hunting.
Now I have an e30...will have to use the jeep for hunting duties.

Replaced the starter yesterday. Also realized I misplaced my hardware for the relocation brackets so I have to go out and get the bolt, H.D. Offroad was kind enough to give me the list of everything I need.
worst position for a starter in the engine bay, so much crap build up.

Started the install on my H.D. Offroad No-Lift shackle relocation boxes. Fairly simple, but a bit time consuming.
Started with the passenger side. Shackle bolts came out like butter thanks to anit sieze
Shackle box cut out and ground down. Had to cut it in a bunch of pieces as the leaf spring kept getting in the way
Hit it with the wire wheel to clean it up
Mock up for clearance and for the upper bolts to be drilled. The 2 nuts that hold the bumper on get in the way so I had to grind down part of the bracket so it sits nicely. threw some paint on it. Had some trouble drilling the upper holes because the leaf spring wouldn't let me drill up for one of them. So there's a bigger hole now.

I also started prepping the Boostwerks shackles. Completely forgot about the spanner wrench they use and couldn't unscrew the plate to put in the "bushing". I have one on the way right now.
Yes it's color matched be quiet.

I'm glad to finally be able to have good shackle angle, mine were at like 90°, made things very stiff and not flex well. Lots of 3-wheeling lol. Hopefully I can get other side done today with no issues, I have that nasty rust hole there by the fuel tubes
