Windshield trim pieces FOUND!
Thanks for offering!
I know of a few used OEM parts I need right now... They are:
Windshield trim - One piece / Mine has a small ding in it... Looking for one that just needs polished... No marks.
4) Windshield trim - Connector / Mine has some scratched... Looking for one that just needs polished... No marks.

The owner actually never had it for sale. A church-member saw my completed Grand Wagoneer... And because this XJ was a family handed-down vehicle... He "Wanted it to go to a good home". Me!
At first he wanted $2500... Then settled on $1800. Seemed fair to me on the promise the previous owner can see it completed.

I just found one!!
I am very interested in your post. Not many of these left, and alot of folks don't know much about them.
please tell me where you find the parts. I have an '85 all orignal, spare, jack, never used, I rebuilt the V6, now everthing works! I just purchased an '87 like yours, it's fairly clean, all original, runs good, 187,000, tow package, & would like to restore it. I had been looking for one like yours for nearly five years. You can private message me if you want. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Hello!
I come from a Forum of Grand Wagoneer folks who have become like family to me. Therefore when I started posting on other sites about my Wagoneer XJ... I was getting no or few responses! Now I know it's because in-fact we are a very-small group of owners.
So I appreciate your comradery!
Check out this thread from the beginning to see my sources for stuff.
I'll also be updating as I go!

It really IS hard to find info on the Limited xj!
Thanks for posting.
I just bought my third Limited. Sold the first years ago. Still have the second broken down one I've had for years, and bought the third one to restore with parts from my broken one.
I'm looking forward to some good info around here.
Very nice looking Jeep.
