Its been a while since I did much to the red rock monster, but tomorrow I'll be getting emissions done, so I took some time & cleaned out the garage today. (She don't like the cold!) So here in the next few weeks I'll be parking her in there tell the spring... Plans for the winter months;
1st- Chop the top
2nd- Build a cage
3rd- Reinforce the "frame" rails
4rd- Make a canvas top (snap on like a boat cover)
5th- Comp cut the strait back from the top of the wheel wells (I'll post a pic tomorrow of what I have in mind)
6th- Look for a nice set of 33x13.5s in hopes of blowing up my turdyfive... (Winter 2011-2012 full widths & 38"s!!!)

Stay tuned

Idk about the blk XJ (just a pic I found), but I'll bet its a fuel cell! I'll just be running a longer neck to my tank...

As for the canvas I'm gonna go with a boat cover fabric in blk!

On the chop. i would say dont do it. unless your gonna make it like super cleeeaaannn! cuz i think the half assed chops look like crap. and its really not that functional. its not like you can put anything back there. But thats just my 2 cents. love the jeep btw!
