Ya that's some serious beef too, almost to much weight for my liking! I just gotta cut the notches out for the shackles, so they don't hit, & then just weld it up.

so does that tuck inside the unibody channel at the back? I like that - keeps it nice and tight. I'm probably gonna steal that idea.

Got a lot done today on the back bumper!



After stretching the back axle, my shackles now hit. so here's my fix!

My total departure angle has gone from 46* stock, to 52* now. Doesn't sound like a lot but it is!

I also picked up a Spartan locker for the D30 for $150. I couldn't say no!

Huh I didn't think about Cory shifter... I'll hit him up about the shifter before he brings me the PSC pulley!

The bumpers just getting welded in, & then I'm tossing the gas tank in. a coat of primer then, we're hitting some trails. This things been down long enough!
