Thanks. It is getting there. List of what I would like to do over the next year or so. Not in order and may never do all of them.
Tint windows
New exhaust likely gonna order Magnaflow high flow cat and muffler tonight
Headers
Bore TB to 60mm
Tuner, maybe
Roof Rack
Cannot decide between snorkel or cold air intake likely cold air
Winch
New full leaf springs
New better shocks
New seats
Pull the head, deck it, and new valves
New battery
Led flush mount tail lights
That is the current wish list that come to mind. I am sure it will never end, but hey I like turning wrenches.
AC blows cold again its just a lot quieter now. No squealing bearings.

Cut out the old exhaust from the down tube back. Gonna be putting in new Magnaflow muffler and high flow cat today. Fuel Injection Performance Kit ready to finish but I am waiting on my buddy to finish boring the TB. I was corrected on the other forum that it is not a CAI so according to the K&N site that is the proper term for the air filter.
Old exhaust is here. Will post when the new one is in.

Love the jeep man. I went through the whole thread lol. But I do caution you on using e3 spark plugs. I had one fail and the "diamond metal" tip broke off. Floated around my motor and scratched a cylinder wall. Thought oh well must have been a freak accident. I also work at auto zone, and have had 3 other customers have the same issue. None of them were installing or removing, just like me, the end just broke off under normal operating conditions.

Great Build! Went though the entire thing and what a transformation!!
I like how the exhaust sounds but question?
Have you driven it on the highway or at highway speeds? If so, do you get droning?
I want to get an exhaust with a nice growl but mine is a DD and I go highway speeds a lot.
Once again great job!

I drove it around quite a bit the weekend and tonight with the windows down at highway speeds and then with them up. No irritating dron. Sounds good.

I put the bored TB on today. Man, the air intake, the hi-flow cat, and the muffler have made a big seat of the pants difference. The Jeep is now very peppy and wants to go when you push the gas.
The TB was bored to the same thickness all the way down. I did not oversize it so I could continue to use the stock butterfly valve. Just bored out the bottom part that used to neck down after the butterfly valve.
Much improved.

Developed a squealing noise that was coming from the distributor. Put in a new distributor and now the noise is gone.

Pulled the manifold off to find a cracked header, big dent in down pipe, and a lot of crap built up in the manifold and intakes on the block. Cleaned that all up and now waiting on new header and down pipe.
