Awesome build so far. Looks like you've really taken your time on everything and done it right. Engine bay looks great! I've got to start cleaning mine at some point. It's so much nicer working on clean parts!
Great pics too, keep those coming. It's going to be a whole different jeep with a new tire and wheel setup.

Totally cool build !!
Great looking two door. Do you plan to put on some more aggressive tires?
Keep up the great work and posting pics of your mods.

wow great build. I'm jealous of that engine bay!!! I would want to do that to mine but I have to wait till the motor goes bad. I think she'll be dirty for a while longer

My friend got some new wheels and tires for his tj, so he gave me his 31 bfg all terrains and the stock tj wheels. They are not 33's, but hey they are much better then my bald 235's!

Looks good man. I have the same wheels on mine. The more time you spend working on your jeep the less time you have to get into trouble,at least it works form me.
Keep up the good work and look forward to watching the progress..

Well, it looks like after 9 months of being death wobble free, it's back haunting me again. Gotta love old jeeps right? I had a bad wheel bearing but it was driving great so I put off replacing it, and one day after a wheeling weekend I was driving home doing about 55 I got the death wobble bad.... So I figured I would replace the wheel bearing. I bought a premium heavy duty wheel bearing, replaced it, and now I'm getting a mild death wobble at 55mph, and it will sometimes go full out death wobble where I have to slow down to stop it. It never even hints at death wobble under 55mph no matter how big of bump I hit. But anywhere above 55 it's death wobble. A little under a year ago I battled it for 3 months. I replaced the all 4 ball joints, got a adjustable track bar, new u joints, and a alignment. Still it had the death wobble above 55. Turns out I toed it out ever so slightly and dw was gone. And it was great up until recently. I'm thinking that the wheel bearing going bad threw off the alignment, and then now with a new one it threw it off more thus making the dw worse... So I'm hoping a alignment will be the cure. Any ideas? As much as I just love the death wobble (not) I would like to get it fixed so I can once again travel on the freeway haha.
