So I've been searching pics of the heim joint steering and some people have the tie rod under the knuckle and the drag link over the knuckle and some have them both on top. What one do I do? Also would the heim joint go below or above the pitman arm?

I personally would put the tie rod under and drag on top to lessen the stress put on the bolt, and since your staying with the stuck under axle mount for your track bar you will have best driving results to put the Heim On top of the pitman arm. It will lessen the bump steer.

That will give u the best driving friendliness, little to no bump steer. Once you fab up an over the axle mount for your track bar you can run the drag link on the bottom of the pitman arm.
