Found a good deal on a newer motor - the current one still runs okay, but its getting tired and the oil pressure is hovering pretty low. Also the new motor, the as is set up for OBA.

Hind sight - both pros and cons:
Pros:
1/2 door are a cheap and easy mod - love em
Locker (s)
4.56 gears and 33" tires are great for a trail rig - lower would always be better, but overall a good gear / tire setup
Herculined floor boards - heck I had some good holes, and after patching and putting this down, I was surprised but it made it water tight.
Cons:
Need to do something better for the soft top. I have since added a wind deflector for the front and 3 more quick connect straps. The top will stay on good up to 65mph, but after that the back snaps keep coming undone.
Cage - them side angle bars suck, and I don't like the harness bar (at least how the shop did it). Lost a lot of seat movement both backward and angle. Luckily I'm under 6 foot - lol.
Boggers - great for mud, and that's bout it. Only reason I'm running them cause of the good deal.
Rusty Stinger bumper - the top hoop is a bit overkill but the paint holds up pretty good.
Overall a fun project, and if I keep it, its not over yet......... If I do keep it future plans are: install new motor, OBA, front locker, may trim more off the roof and ditch soft top, harnesses, seats (water proof), long arms. Think that covers it - lol. Hope you all enjoyed.

That Cherokee is amazing.
Have you broken any axle shafts with those tires on there? I see you carry spares but just wondering if you have ever needed to use them?

I like the bumper - its different and I got it for a good price. Would be nice if the stinger part was a bit shorter though.
Haven't broken anything yet, but I guess that means I don't push it hard enough - lol. If I keep it, I plan on getting a front locker so I'm sure that will be a lot harder on the shafts.
