In a rare turn of events, I'm actually trying to do this safely. I've been reading up on how to prevent fuel spillage. Although the fuel cell does have two vent/rollover valves, I understand they are only reliable when the cell is upside down. In a sever off-camber situation or a flop onto one side, the valves may not fully close.
This brings me to something I was previously somewhat aware of, called the Fuel/Air Trap System (FATS). Plumbers will be familiar, as it's basically the same as the trap in a kitchen sink. If you would like to read up on the details, click here:

For quick reference, here are a couple diagrams to show how routing the fuel vent hoses can prevent spillage:

Or, with two vents, you can simply double the effort:

Interesting x2.
I found this too - sounds like an easier/cheaper option than a full blown race setup

Run the vent around the outside of the perimeter of the fuel cell, slightly above it and then turn it down to a few inches below the fuel cell after going around all 4 sides. Same idea as the FATS routing, just more compact.

A little prep work today.
I cleaned, primed, and painted the cargo area, and I moved the amp from the fender to the sub box. It's cushioned with rubber washers. I'm really glad I bought a wire cup brush the other day for my drill. It's so convenient.
