I bought a 1989 Jeep cherokee country for $100, gonna chop off the back end and gut the Jeep

bought new floor sections at Baseline4x4outfitters.com
removed doors to put on newer style doors off an 01 XJ.
Bought a 99 fenders, grill ,hood.

bought a 01 donor XJ with a 4.0 HO motor AT tranny with overdrive, and an NP231 transfer case. Also I picked up a D44 out of an 87 XJ
-mounted the 99 fenders

whats wrong with the '01? .....that donor rig looks better than your '89

the 01 came from Ohio and doesnt have a clear title, the 89 does so when it gets titled the veteran that recieves it wont have to go through the bullsh@#@ of title and plates in Indiana, and the 01 was T-boned on the passengerside

cut the fenders out to fit larger tires newer front end , nexted to get the newer dash mounted and a new lift kit maybe do the rear baby tub on them tiny wheel wells

oh...you can't see the damage in the pics so I thought you were a little crazy lol....

great that ur building this for one of our vets! build looks great so far keep ut the hard work! i look forward to seeing the final product!

got a rear section of a 92 Ford Ranger decided to put it in so the rear window is a stock and if it ever needed replaced it would be easy

installed the newer doors(because the old doors were rotted out GO FIGURE)lol

got a set of 5 35x12.5x15 Mastercraft Cursors, and a set of Black Crager Streetlocks 15x12's. Installed the wiring out of the 01 donor XJ and the Motor and head were machined and the rebuilt and installed

As a Veteran, I appreciate that you are doing this, and I know I would appreciate all the hard work! That thing is going to look awesome! I hope my ZJ comes out as good once I get the money to start on it!

thank I got the idea after talking to a veterans wife, he was struggling and wouldnt go to the doctor so I got an Idea(Why dont I give this away to him and his family. Give him something that would be different and cool all at the same time.We have gotten alot of donations from organizations and local buisnesses. So that is how this all came about. Lots of people have helped and worked on making this happen. I would like to thank them all.

Picked up a D30 HP out of a 98 XJ so I can do away with a the acuator (spelling) axle that is bent from a ditch jump at 30 mph.
-Also I picked up a 4 1/2 inch lift kit from Rough Country
- an SYE
-picked up a set of gears 4:88's
- got a Grizzley locker for the D44
- got a True Trac for the front
