Looks good man, like the way it looks with the orange man. Ya know I'm gonna copy that design lol no all of it but the basic idea lol. What size bolts did ya use, or was it rivets?

I used 1/4 x 3/4 - length. Course threaded stainless. Had to put the bolts in just threaded 2 notches during install and then cranked them all down to curve the steel with the body curve.
Afterwards did measurements for tails.
Like said it's not done yet but at least I have working lights you can't miss.

Both sides are now finished. I boxed in the tail lights more and grinded the squareness off the outer edges. Bolted in using 2 existing holes for old housings and painted.

Question: whata you peeps think is better?
6 sided bolts on the driver or sunk in hex bolts on passenger?

Just my opinion but I don't have much say no more xj.... But I think it would look ba if you did eaither silver bolts or orange 6 sided ones would look BA I think

My wife always laughs at me cause I get mad, frustrated, and curse at my Jeep but I always enjoy the time I spend working on it. Its great to have something other than work to do.
