Looks good man, decent well rounded overland style build. Well thought out, nothing over the top or unnecessary. I like it.

are your springs unseated from the top of the pocket? I want to avoid that and keep everything in its place.

He's running a mid arm setup. You won't have to worry about unseating your coils to the point of them dropping out on the trail with short arms.

if he really wanted all the flex he could get though he could get longer arms (mid or long arm setup) and run limiting straps.

Yeah, it does that sometimes. unseating isn't a issue, them falling out can be. if i had either longer bump stops or limit straps it wouldn't happen. But I can jump this thing, crawl this thing, and have only lost a coil once or twice.

Extended bumps and an inline water temp guage ordered for the aux guage. will be installed on the heater core supply hose just off the thermostat housing. Need to bring the factory temp sensor back in to the thermostat housing for proper reading. Worried i will need shackle relocators before i leave for Moab in a couple weeks. Test flex this weekend i guess.

Just got a call from the exhaust shop. Shes all welded up. They found a couple broken manifold bolts, and drilled out / retapped the head for me. No doubt this came from my old engine mounts that were nearly gone, before i switched to brown dogs. I noticed it did have a slight tick when cold, but dissapeared when warmed up. Ill pick her up saturday.
