Now the locker, I get that, very easy to feel it engage & disengage if turning going slow, but moving forward, should be pretty much seamless as well.
I know mine are.

It is pretty much seamless. But having driven with an open rear end all my life there is a distinct feel in the driving, as well as the noise, when the LSD is spinning both wheels. I confirmed this by parking on a steep, slick, incline and playing around with it: just tapping the gas to get the wheels to spin you could feel one spinning and one not doing anything, engaging the parking brake just a little for some resistance and you can feel BOTH wheels spinning in unison. Also with parking brake off and higher throttle I could feel the LSD doing its thing as well.

Just got back from Goodyear. Had them mount an balance the 33x12.5 to my spare wheel, once I had it up next to my jeep I told I'd take them immediately. This thing is a MONSTER! I can understand a quarter inch here or there, but I've been seriously cheated by BFG all these years! Look at the damn photos, the two tires aren't even close!
BFG AT 33x10.5 w/ ~2500-3000mi on them VS brand new Goodyear MTRcK 33x12.5:
With how big and true these are to size, I don't see the need to go to 35's ANYTIME soon. I'll beat on these for a however long they last then reevaluate.

I have the other 4 coming in tomorrow to get mounted/balanced. Being the haggler I am, after rebates and free installation and me getting the younger service manager to go down lower than he should have, $1100 out the door for FIVE MTRcK!

So got to Goodyear at 1300. Left at 1630 with tires still not balanced to zero. I said get them as close to zero as possible and I'll take them to Dunn Tire up the road to get Road Force balanced. If I can't get them to balance good there, they're going back to Goodyear and I'm getting KM2's. I've read enough on these tires to not want to deal with bad batches haha.
I know more than half of it is who does the balance and the machine used.
He(service manager) felt bad they couldn't get them balanced good so he gave me each tire for $210 out the door. I have my appointment for Dunn Tire at 1000 tomorrow.
The funny thing is each tire was not even close to zero; one was still +2. I took the Jeep to go grocery shopping, even got it up to 55mph. Didn't shake or shimmy wtf haha.

We'll see how the Road Force balancing goes. I expected problems after reading pretty much every thread on every forum, even those not related to Jeeps. So last night I ordered a bag of beads from HD Offroad, $20 shipped for a 50oz bag.

He did get it down to $200/tire, so $1000+tax and tire fee. So he took off quite a bit.
These tires are notorious for balancing problems dating back to the original MTR's haha.
I'm going to try the Road Force balance tomorrow if not try beads. Or maybe I'll just try the beads before the RF, that way if the beads work I'm not wasting money..
I don't know, how have the beads worked for you? Slower speeds, hitting bumps, highway, etc?
