I used Paraleyes's writeup on JeepForum as a starting point, but then kinda just started cutting stuff on my own. Worked out well lol.

And since you jumped the gun and brought it up...lol
I cut and folded my rear quarter panels Sunday (fenders to come later). Still need to rivet the **** out of it, seal it up, and bondo/paint. But looks good anyways. Also stubbed the rear bumper a bit to match.
(this looks weird at this angle lol)

TIRES! 33x12.5x15 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZs on 15x10 procomp series 98 wheels. Letters still have the blue coating on them....
picked up for 800 bones down in Virginia.
I think i need to bolt them on before I lift it
Little difference....

Ok...so the rest of the updates....
After picking the tires up I went home and pulled the locker out of the axle sets I picked up.
Saturday I went to to shop and installed the locker in my rear end
Driving with a locker in the back with a 5-speed is...interesting...It's gonna take some getting used to for sure. Part of the issue right now is my rear tires are slightly different sizes (full tread 235 and a worn 30), so the locker isn't as happy as it could be, and i get some massive torque steer under hard acceleration/deceleration. Fishtales though a grassy field like a boss though!
Also installed my stainless steel brake lines and bled all the old fluid out of the system.
Tried to install my Skidrow Transfer Case skid at the same time, but the instructions call for you to bolt up through the crossmember, which needless to say is impossible. So i drilled and tapped holes through the first layer instead and have to go pick up bolts to match the new setup. Fail Skidrow...FAIL.

Sooo on my birthday last week I had to go to Virginia for work...sucks right? Anyways, on the way back I decided to take the MEGA scenic route - Skyline Drive in the Blue Ridge Mtns.
Took a bunch of pics with the crappy point-and-shoot I had (will post some later after edits), but I took one set to make a HDR image with...
and this is the result....
quite happy with how it turned out!! Not bad for a first trial!

Great Pics of Skyline btw. I look forward to the day I can take pictures of my jeep somewhere other than in front of my condo
