finally had some time to work on the jeep some more.
Installed my hood vents. They came off a Datsun/Nissan 280zx. I opened up the passenger side vent with my grinder since the stock opening was much smaller on that side for whatever reason. Came out really good painted with the rustoleum bumper/trim paint and some black oxide allen head machine screws and nylock nuts.
And on the truck

The hood vents look great. Are you going to put drip pan on too?

contemplating one for the driver's side above the throttle body electronics. all my connections are packed with dielectric grease though so water shouldn't be an issue

got it from a friend of mine that wrecked his XJ. You can find them in the vendor/for sale section usually, or send yours out to be bored

The vents look awesome. I really need to do mine, the 110 degree weather here is killing my jeep. You know it's bad when you come out in the morning, turn the key, and it's already above 100 degrees without you even starting it.
