Yeah that's why when I was in the club, I would work the event on Saturday and then play on the course on Sunday. Seems like everyone and their brother would show up and want to ride on Saturday but everyone was packing it up to go home on Sunday.

yea it was kind of stupid this year. Previous years it was one day (Saturday), all day. I would go end of the day, and almost no one would be there, would play around till it got dark, then go across the street and drink beer.

This year they had two time slots on Friday, and two on Saturday. I chose Saturday AM - turned out to be a bad choice...

had an oopsie this past Friday on my way to work....Redecorated a minivan.
Car in front slammed on brakes at highway speed for some reason, so the van did too. Too late for me even though i locked up all 4 wheels for about 50 feet

Broke both marker lights, cracked the header panel in a few places, broke a turn signal, shattered both headlight trim pieces, and bent the bumper and passenger side bracket.
That's it. SO pretty much the jeep didn't even flinch lol.

Picked up a new to me bumper, header panel, trim, and marker lights. Everything except the header panel was replaced this weekend (need to paint it red).

I kind of like the naked look lol

i don't have full coverage on the jeep. Which is fine because it's fixed already for under $50.

Nah. But did the minivan hit the car in front or just you two. They put you at full fault?

just us two. I'm at fault since I hit her.

Managed to completely miss both rear quarters and the entire rear bumper. Dead nuts center of the hatch.

Sucks. At times I wish I had a dash cam to record if people brake or stop on purpose.

I remember years ago there were these groups of people that would go out and purposely look to get into an accident, usually someone would block you in whilst the "lead" car braked, and then claim injuries and all this crap. Iirc it was a group of Russians. Happened in ny

Happened a lot in Cleveland for a couple years until the group got convicted of insurance fraud and a handful of other offenses

Man that sucks. Glad to see the Jeep made it out ok. Might be time to consider the weld your own JCR Bumpers.
