Wow, really happy to hear you still have it! Glad it's in good hands. 35's!?!! Impressive.
Wish I went long arms from the beginning, hindsight 20/20 I guess.

Guys I followed your thread and enjoyed your great pictures and all the write up on how you did the different things. I just recently bought a 2000 Cherokee RHD to use as a postal vehicle. I was lucky to find one in my area that was owned by the same person it's entire life. Although it's been driven hard it seems to be solid. I don't plan on anything in the way of a lift, but I still have gained a bunch of knowledge from your thread. Today I finished replacing the shocks front and back. I was expecting the worse but really had no problems. Three of four shocks were dead with no life left in them. I had sprayed the bolts several times in the week before the shocks arrived hoping to help removing the bolts on the rear. In the end I lost none of the bolts. So far I've replaced the front sway bar bushings, upon checking the rear I find the bushings are fine but a quarter of the sway bar has gone missing. Replaced that from a JY find.

I got to say something about setting jacks or stands on concrete blocks. It realy is not a good idea. If you do, make sure the wheels of the jack are centered on the webs of the blocks and not on the cells of the block. the block is not strong enough to support the jack and the jeep. Again, w/the stand make sure that that legs of the jacks are centered on the webs.

Man this is the best read I have ever seen. Took me all day haha. I actually got sad when i read that you sold it, I would have jumped all over it! Hope you are doing well. I am on my second cherokee now, and thinking about a good build like this. Just gonna take a long time! Thanks for the inspiration.

Mmm.....not very impressed with this thread. I feel like the work was semi Mickey Mousish! The bumper was misaligned, the flares were crooked and loose, the body was dinged and dented. The chosen parts were mediocre and the overall finished product was obnoxious! It just needed that je ne sais quoi! I am just not feeling it! Delete it!
